PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Turbo Solutions is currently seeking a talented, driven and ambitious Supply Chain Manager to join our team. This is an opportunity to join a growing organization. Responsible for all aspects of sourcing and strategic procurement with new and existing supply partners. This position has the primary responsibility for managing Company Inventory Levels.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and Implement the overall supply chain strategy
  • Forecast scheduling: Sales, Production, & Inventory Levels for 3PL’s
  • Maintain relationships with vendors: domestic and international
  • International Suppliers – Communicate, negotiate and manage overall procurement logistic process
  • Process weekly purchase orders by specifications and price
  • Verify that oversea shipments are process and paid within terms
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing team to achieve company goals
  • Special projects upon request

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and supply chain experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office – advanced excel skills necessary
  • Microsoft Navision a plus or other supply chain ERP system
  • High-level attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal / written communication and organizational skills
  • Must be a team player and willing to work together to achieve company goals
  • Must be reliable
